After a not unexpected unsuccessful effort to get charges dismissed in Scottsdale City Court by his attorney, Jeff Showen is scheduled to appear in court December 3, 2004 to stand trial for Trespass and Harassment. Check back for results of the trial as soon as they become available next month.
Michael Davis is the owner of Sunrise Professional Services. He has been in law enforcement and the legal industry for over twenty years. He worked as a Deputy Sheriff for the Carson City Sheriff's Office in Carson City, Nevada, a Corrections Officer for the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office in Portland, Oregon and a Deputy Sheriff for the Washington County Sheriff's Office in Hillsboro, Oregon, for a total of twelve years. He is licensed with the Arizona Department of Public Safety as a Private Investigator with an Agency License and registered with the Arizona Superior Court in Maricopa County, Arizona as a Process Server. He is also an Arizona Notary registered with the Arizona Secretary of State's Office.
