On Friday, December 3, 2004 Jeffrey Showen stood trial in Scottsdale City Court (Arizona) on two criminal charges stemming from his attempt to serve legal process in September 2003. After the trial the judge took the case under advisement, and three days later acquitted Jeff, finding him not responsible/not guilty on both charges.
